ORDERS:
We accept check, Mastercard and Visa. All orders are normally shipped within 72 hours of receipt.
NSF CHECKS:
A $35.00 NSF check fee is added to the total. Payment in full is required within 10 days of
notification.
DAMAGES:
We ship via UPS. In order to file a claim with the carrier, all obvious damages MUST be reported
WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT. HIDDEN DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 5
DAYS OF RECEIPT. After that, we are unable to file a claim with the carrier and will not replace
statues free of charge. PLEASE inspect your shipments in a timely manner.
LIST PIRACY AGREEMENT/ DROP SHIPPING:
We do offer drop shipping services for businesses for an additional fee of $2.00 per box. Prepayment is required
for all drop-shipping. Be assured that your customers will remain your customers. We do not keep
your customers’ shipping information on file.
SCULPTURE SIGNINGS:
Done upon request. There is no charge for this service.
RETURNS:
COMPANY ERROR: We will issue a call tag upon notification of the error. The Studio MUST be
notified within 48 hours of receipt.
ACCOUNT/ RETAILER’S ERROR: 15% RESTOCK FEE is invoiced and due immediately.
RETAIL CUSTOMER: No restock fee. Just pack up the item in all ORIGNAL PACKING, and request a return authorization number. Give us a call if you need help. We will assist you in the process, and you will be credited the amount of the statue(s), less shipping.
NO RETURNS ON ITEMS RETAINED FOR 30 DAYS OR MORE.
QUANTITIES VARY AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME.
DISPUTES:
We strive to provide high customer satisfaction and service; 99% of all disputes can be solved
amicably by our office.

by our office will be settled in the state of Colorado by arbitration. **
